Sasha and Shane had one of the most dramatic ceremony set ups we’ve ever done! We created an elevated runway lined with mirrored and lucite pillars with enormous white flower arrangements on top leading the way to the stage with our mirrored arch crowned with floral as the focal point for the ceremony. WOW! Quite impressive.

For the reception we transformed the same space, the gorgeous Four Seasons ballroom, for dinner adding tables and a giant white dance floor. By keeping everything monochromatic in pure white, from the airy shear white draping of the whole room to the beautiful chairs and of course the classic rounded white floral it makes for a feeling of restrained elegance and luxury – all flawlessly planned and coordinated by Holly of Perfectly Posh Events.

From the entrance staircase greeting guests lined with loads of candles and flowers to the ice sculpture vases and bar this wedding had it all and will be remembered by everyone for quite some time as a spectacular event.

Lauren and Jake’s June wedding at the fabulously chic Olympic Rooftop Pavillion was a perfect mix of clean modern lines and lush garden florals. Clear lucite ghost chairs, a lucite arch, and lots of stemmed glass hurricanes sparkled in the sunshine and gave the event an air of sophistication that complimented this trendy industrial-chic rooftop venue.  For the ceremony, smilax vines flowed down the aisle and cascaded down the lucite arch, which was topped with asymmetrical floral in cream, blush, and pink.

At dinner, the modern-meets-garden theme continued with more clear lucite touches in the custom table numbers, welcome sign, and cake stand.  A romantic mix of compote arrangements and bud vases in silver mercury and blown venetian glass lined the long tables.  The outdoor fireplace mantle topped with lush floral became a focal point as the guests gathered to take in the view and soak up the sun.  The lovely Lisa Chambers of Chambers & Company deftly coordinated this rooftop idyll, and the whole thing was beautifully captured by the team at Alante.  Enjoy!

Happy First Anniversary, Christine and Mark!! A little over a year ago this super-awesome couple celebrated their beautiful and unique wedding at the Seattle Aquarium. Christine was the dream bride and a dream client – I surely miss our meetings together in which we planned, laughed, created, and came up with so many lovely details. We incorporated elements like succulents and fern curls to create an event that feels very northwest but with unexpected touches of luxurious orchids.  The chartreuse and purple floral color palate with lots of gold accents was so sharp and so fun!

We custom built her wedding arch and adorned it with silk, lots of greenery, and purple flowers. And we were in love with the long guest tables decorated with elevated and low centerpieces and tons of candles! And how unique is that ice curtain as divider between lounge and dinner reception?! And those little succulents for guest favors?!

Christine didn’t shy away from texture, unusual floral elements, and unique flowers. We incorporated a huge succulent into her bouquet, and she used large orchids in her hair. Just wow!!

This awesome wedding was flawlessly planned and coordinated by Merry Beth of Aisle of View and photographed by Kim and Loren of Alante Photography. Party Rentals by Cort and BBJ Linen, ice features by Creative Ice!

What a lovely couple and a beautiful wedding we have to show you today! Melissa and Andy’s wedding was truly a classic and tasteful event at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle, photographed by the talented Yours by John.

We used roses, hydrangea, dahlias and phalaenopsis orchids in a white color palate with hints of champagne and dusty rose. By designing large pavé style tall arrangements, using gold elements, and lots of candles we were able to create a truly timeless, romantic event! Beautiful weddings like Melissa and Andy’s will never go out of style!

The ceremony featured a gorgeous arch we designed using dupioni silk, topped with hundreds of flowers in a compact style and strands of crystal hanging down. An over-the-top and stunning focal point for their special day! The aisle was lined with more beautiful flowers and candles! What a perfect wedding for such a beautiful couple!

Lindsay and Alex are a wonderful couple inside and out!! Their wedding at Herban Feast’s Sodo Park last summer was a perfect reflection of their fun personality and sophisticated style. Planned and coordinated by the ever so fabulous Megan Keller from A Kurant Event, the couple wanted to create a feel “like the inside of a champagne bottle”! How fun is that??!! The result was a room filled with sparkly linens, sparkly candle light, and of course lots of sparkly champagne glasses!

Every meeting with Lindsay and Alex was filled with laughter and wonderful ideas and if you look at the images of their wedding below you can see this happiness and cheerfulness at every moment of their wonderful day. Thank you Shane Macomber for the beautiful images!!

Welcome to our new blog – I hope you like the new layout and design!

In this first blog entry we want to feature a very special wedding from last November: the grand wedding of Carrie and Jeff at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, coordinated by the fabulous Katy from Vows Weddings, and so beautifully photographed by Tania from Azzura Photography.

So many beautiful details made this a day to remember: the stunning bride and her handsome groom, the grand Spanish Ballroom with its crystal chandeliers, sequin linens, specialty chairs, dramatic lighting (by Greenlight Event Design), special table top items, luxurious centerpieces, gold sugar rimmed champagne glasses, and so much more. Simply a memorable affair with a luxurious feel!

Carrie was the sweetest bride to work with. From the day we got together for our first meeting till the last planning session, she was always at ease, gentle, and just a pleasure to work with. And on her wedding day she was even happier than ever – when she and Jeff came to see the beautifully decorated ballroom before all the guests arrived she was all smiles and so excited. It was clear her vision for the day was realized!
