Jen and Chris had their wedding in the terrific Hotel 1000 last October. The ceremony took place in the greenhouse with our crystal beaded curtains for extra glam on the windows to diffuse all that natural light, we later used the space for dancing and dessert! Those Ceremony trees made from curly willow and white orchids are truly a special extra touch along with all the candles and arrangements lining the aisle, this space looked very striking. The whole affair was planned by the lovely Holly at Perfectly Posh, we recommend her to all our friends.

Happy one year of love to Jen and Chris!

How can it already been one year since Anne and Ryan’s gorgeous outdoor wedding in Gig Harbor? It was such a glorious sunny fall day for this lovely wedding at a private residence with a huge park-like garden.

Their waterfront ceremony in the gorgeous backyard overlooking Puget Sound featured a wooden arbor – handcrafted by the bride’s father – adorned with lush greenery and flowers in cream and peach. The setting between large conifers couldn’t be more dramatic.

“Greenery” was the theme of the reception in the large clear top tent lined with long wooden tables for the guests. We decorated the large chandeliers with vines, attached greenery to all tent legs, and covered each table center with garlands, candles, and flower vases. It was a romantic garden look for this outdoor loving couple.

Happy First Anniversary, Anne and Ryan!!

This sweet wedding was also featured on Carats & Cake earlier this summer.

It’s been a year since we created this wedding, I wish we could do it over and over again. Happy Anniversary to these two!! We loved working with Kristina and Molly to create this stunning wedding, the colors are perfect and so are they. They each had their own unique style and wanted to incorporate that into the bouquets they each carried, the bouquets shared a few similar elements but were mostly entirely different in feel and shape. I love this detail. We were able to use the most stunning mix of late summer flowers and fruit branches. It truly felt so romantic and beautiful and was all captured perfectly by Chellise Micheal Photography and planned by the fabulous Holly Kate!

Sasha and Shane had one of the most dramatic ceremony set ups we’ve ever done! We created an elevated runway lined with mirrored and lucite pillars with enormous white flower arrangements on top leading the way to the stage with our mirrored arch crowned with floral as the focal point for the ceremony. WOW! Quite impressive.

For the reception we transformed the same space, the gorgeous Four Seasons ballroom, for dinner adding tables and a giant white dance floor. By keeping everything monochromatic in pure white, from the airy shear white draping of the whole room to the beautiful chairs and of course the classic rounded white floral it makes for a feeling of restrained elegance and luxury – all flawlessly planned and coordinated by Holly of Perfectly Posh Events.

From the entrance staircase greeting guests lined with loads of candles and flowers to the ice sculpture vases and bar this wedding had it all and will be remembered by everyone for quite some time as a spectacular event.

Happy First Anniversary to Kate and Joe!!! We’re deep in the throes of wedding season right now but I want to take a little pause and look back at this sweet wedding from last July – how can it already been one year!

Kate and Joe’s intimate outdoor wedding at JM Cellars felt like a little pool of calm in the midst of a busy season.  The mature trees on the property of this tucked-away Woodinville venue provided cool shade on a hot day, and the mellow sounds of a jazz festival at a neighboring winery provided the perfect soundtrack for the day’s festivities.

The bocce court served as the ceremony site for Kate and Joe, framed by a hand-made grapevine arbor decked with flowers and vines.  Dinner on the patio was enjoyed at a mix of round and long tables, decorated with compote arrangements of various sizes, greenery garlands, and lots of candlelight.  Jacky with Event Success provided the coordination, and The Popes Photography captured the day on film.

We loved working with Ali to plan her elegant spring wedding at the Four Seasons, she is such a beautiful lady inside and out! Everything was perfect for this one, even the weather cooperated to be able to catch some gorgeous photos around downtown Seattle.

Ali and Arda’s wedding is a good example of using color tastefully and still achieving a lux, upscale event feel. Those pretty pops of coral throughout were bold and eye catching. Paired with the gold specialty chargers, linens and candles, it created a delightful evening.
