Brittany and Alvin celebrated their oh-so elegant and romantic wedding at the iconic Dome Room at the Arctic Club Hotel in Seattle this past September. This gorgeous wedding was designed and produced in coordination with the fabulous team at New Creations Weddings.

The historic Dome Room was the perfect fit for this couple’s timeless, super-elegant style and their rich color palette of deep reds and navy blue with accents of blush, gold, and lush sage greens looked so classy there.

We used dahlias, roses, scabiosa, and anemones in rich burgundy, mixed with sage colors of eucalyptus greens, and blush tones. We created lush garden style arrangements in gold colored compote vases. The designs looked rich and vibrant on navy shantung linens, and paired with the gold vases and candle holders the look was so classy!

Dawn and Ben’s Romantic Wedding at Roche Harbor on San Juan Island

I am so excited to share these images of Dawn and Ben’s beautiful wedding at Roche Harbor Resort this past September. Their wedding was one of our favorites this season with an absolutely beautiful couple inside and out, at a gorgeous location, and with the perfect vendor line-up!

Dawn hired us for our Signature Flora Nova package and we had a blast designing all the many details for their wedding day in coordination with the ever so amazing Jen of Taylor’d Events. From floor plan to chairs and linens, floral choices, lighting, color palette, table top elements – we planned and designed so many fun details. Dawn was a true pleasure to work with.

Dawn’s bridal bouquet as well as the bouquets for her bride’s maids contained a lovely mix of lush white garden blooms and fall foliage and textures. It was perfect for an early fall wedding.

The Outdoor Ceremony

For the couple’s wedding ceremony in the gorgeously landscaped gardens of the resort we decided on an all neutral color palette of whites, creams, and greens. We designed a grand round arch covered in white roses and lined the aisle with floral and lanterns.

A Romantic Fall Reception

Contrary to the all neutral color palette for the ceremony, for the dinner reception we introduced a fun fall color palette of rust, blush, peach, cream, and greens. Those rich colors just popped on the navy and French blue linens. For that special glow on the dinner tables we added lots of gold accents throughout: gold rimmed charger plates, gold rimmed goblets, gold mercury votive candles, gold vases, gold flatware. Furthermore, we decorated the ballroom ceiling in lots of greenery and installed specialty crystal chandeliers above the long head table for a touch of glam.

What do you think? Let us know if we can help you design your upcoming wedding at Roche Harbor or another beautiful venue in the greater Seattle area.

Joyita and Sameer’s September wedding at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington was a sunny, joyful celebration with family and friends. The couple chose a color palette of peach, coral, and cream to decorate their fabulous mandap on the lakeside terrace. Inside the ballroom, the party continued with lush floral centerpieces dripping with crystal strands, gold accents in the chivaris and charger plates, and a stunning gold stage backdrop.

And it was super-fun to see this wedding featured on Maharani Weddings recently!!

Congratulations Joyita and Sameer!

For their September wedding, Amanda and Dominick wanted to throw a swanky, sophisticated downtown cocktail party filled with high-style decor and sleek black and white floral. A pair of antique doors flanked by willow trees and a sea of candles created a stunning backdrop for the intimate ceremony. Throughout the space, cozy couches and armchairs invited guests to sit and linger over cocktails. Above two of these couches, branch and floral installations decorated the brick walls – an unexpected touch that added an artistic flair. After the ceremony, the main room was transformed with small dining tables and dramatic tall florals.

Jamie and Steve’s October wedding at Chihuly Gardens and Glass was an autumn floral paradise: gold and burgundy dahlias, rich brown amaranths, chocolate smokebush and ninebark, crab apples, bittersweet, asters, multi-hued antique hydrangea, woodland ferns, and too many varieties of fall leaves to count!

The clean lines of the Glass House were echoed in the ceremony with the use of a sleek lucite chuppah and lucite ghost chairs. Against this modern backdrop, the riotous color of the florals complimented the fabulous oranges and yellows of the Chihuly glass ceiling installation and the golden sunburst out in the gardens. Everything was light and sunshine and airy spaciousness. And as the sun went down, black linens and lots of candlelight at dinner helped transition the space into a romantic, elegant, and cozy party space perfect for dancing the night away. Big kudos to the always fabulous Rebecca of New Creations Weddings for the coordination and design of this truly beautiful event!
