Beautiful Indian Wedding at Kiana Lodge

Anita and Ab were so lovely and certainly are not afraid of bold, bright colors! For their late spring Indian wedding we were able to include some of our favorite flowers, peonies, ranunculus and poppies! What a stunning bouquet they made!

The weather was not quite cooperating – it drizzled all day out at Kiana Lodge – but how could you be upset about that with such a fun wedding party and those cheerful colors surrounding you. We love these images by the ever so fabulous Shane Macomber!! I am especially in love with the pictures of the couple holding fun umbrellas!!

For the ceremony we scattered a lush bed of thousands of rose petals and lined the aisle with beautiful urn arrangements. Along with the talented gals at Perfectly Posh Events we were able to create a wedding that is a brightly colored feast for your eyes! One of our favorites this past spring!!

Shelly and Dave – Elegance at Sodo Park Seattle

Any wedding we get the pleasure of using gorgeous Cafe Au Lait dahlias is bound to be one of our favorites of the season, Dave and Shelly’s wedding at Sodo Park was no exception! What beautiful colors with the pops of juicy berry reds, muted pinks, and lots of greens, trailing ivy, and mossy elements. We had so much fun planning and designing this beautiful wedding with Shelly and her lovely mom! Their exquisite style expressed itself in every single design element and detail – we loved it!!

With all the sparkle of sequined table cloths, gold accents and candle light this wedding shone bright! We especially love details like their invitations matching the look and feel of the floral used in their wedding!

With a delicious meal prepared by Herban Feast and lots of dancing the guests and the Bride and Groom had a lovely evening to remember! With Day-of coordination by Perfectly Posh Events, all was captured by the talented Azzura Photography, enjoy looking at all these beautiful images!

Justine and Bryant – A Romantic Wedding at DeLille Cellars

Wow! What a handsome couple these two make! I think you’ll agree that these on-point moody photos by the talented Ben Blood perfectly capture the feel of these two beautiful people and their equally beautiful wedding.

With a venue as lovely as DeLille Cellars we didn’t need super elaborate flowers and instead focused on the wedding arch which we created using white lace and big clusters of flowers on either side and other special details such as the brides flower crown. Justine loves babies breath and we loved her for it! We were able to use touches of it everywhere: the flower crowns for her sweet flower girls, in the composite style centerpieces, the arch, and of course her bouquet!

Herban Feast catered a delicious meal for everyone, along with a mariachi band and dancing into the night this was one FUN, unique party!!

Classic White Wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

What a lovely couple and a beautiful wedding we have to show you today! Melissa and Andy’s wedding was truly a classic and tasteful event at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle, photographed by the talented Yours by John.

We used roses, hydrangea, dahlias and phalaenopsis orchids in a white color palate with hints of champagne and dusty rose. By designing large pavé style tall arrangements, using gold elements, and lots of candles we were able to create a truly timeless, romantic event! Beautiful weddings like Melissa and Andy’s will never go out of style!

The ceremony featured a gorgeous arch we designed using dupioni silk, topped with hundreds of flowers in a compact style and strands of crystal hanging down. An over-the-top and stunning focal point for their special day! The aisle was lined with more beautiful flowers and candles! What a perfect wedding for such a beautiful couple!

An Elegant Seattle Outdoor Wedding at The Admiral’s House

bridal bouquet

Oh, this wedding of Caroline and Patrick!! Just wow! As soon as I saw these terrific images from La Vie Photography I was over the moon! I mean – just look at this gorgeous couple and the location of their reception! The couple chose to celebrate their wedding day at the Admiral’s House which offers a fabulous view of the city, the sound, the mountains, and the Seattle harbor.

We had a fantastic time collaborating with Holly-Kate and Company and the bride coming up with a color palette and a decor plan matching Caroline’s very own style and vision. We designed lush garden-style pieces incorporating muted pastel colors with lots of trailing greenery and blooming spring foliage. And luckily it was peony season too! Swoon – I’m so in love with the outcome – dreamy designs using so many of our favorite spring elements: anemones, garden spray roses, peonies, clematis, ranunculus, and lush garden greens.

Two Beautiful Brides – Golf Club at Newcastle Wedding

We can’t wait to show you the photos from this bright, joyful and light filled celebration of love that took place at the beautiful New Castle Golf Club. It featured an all white color palatte for the ceremony tent with two beautiful entrance pieces. There were thousands of white rose petals lining the sides of the aisle, and at the front, stunning tall white columns exploding with blooming branches and orchids. The stage was set for our two beautiful brides Keshia and Alyson!

Each of our brides carried bouquets that were distinctly unique but their designs were unified through a shared color palette – later used throughout the reception ballroom.

The colors for the reception were lavenders, greens, light blues, and white. The trailing elements and succulents perfectly captured a beautiful gardeny summer style. We loved creating the personal details like the herb bunches placed on each napkin to make each guest feel welcomed and special.

It was perfectly beautiful weather and a perfect celebration for two lovely brides!

The Gorgeous Wedding of Brita and Richie

The wedding of Brita & Richie had it all: a wonderful couple, a tremendously generous family offering their most amazing property for this wedding, a bride with impeccable style, a stellar vendor team, farm animals, a huge custom designed tent, over 3000 white garden flowers specifically planted on-site for the wedding, uncountable pretty little details to make a most memorable wedding day! The list is long.

This large event for 260 guests was planned, designed, and coordinated by the fabulous team of Vows Wedding and Event Planning – their amazing vision brought it all together. And the pictures by the fun duo of O’Malley Photographers are to die for.

This was such a fun project for us: we covered the church aisle with greenery and candles, created the most gorgeous floral backdrop for the head table, hung several large greenery wreaths in the tent ceiling, designed centerpieces featuring garden roses, dahlias, and peonies, made little herb bundles for each place setting, created fun pool floats, and decorated so many fun areas throughout the property – too many to count. The outcome was so pretty!! But see for yourself.

Luxury Wedding at The Seattle Tennis Club

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long … but finally I am blogging the gorgeousness of Hannae and Ian’s wedding at the Seattle Tennis Club. I am so in love with these stunning images by Laurel McConnell who – as always – did a breathtaking job capturing this glamorous day. And it sure was a glamorous wedding with lots of sparkle and uncountable amounts of orchids – luxury pure – and all flawlessly executed by the fabulous planner team of Vows Wedding and Event Planning.

I remember Hannae and Ian’s wedding day clearly – it was a warm summer day in mid August. In the morning it looked like their outdoor wedding ceremony might not happen: it had drizzled all morning. But just in time it had stopped raining and the sun came out – which made for even more beautiful outdoor shots of their wedding.

Anna and Michael – Lush Garden Wedding at DeLille Winery

I have been looking forward to sharing these gorgeous images of Anna and Michael’s beautiful wedding at DeLille Winery. Michael is a dear industry friend who I have worked with many times in the past – he is the uber-talented photographer behind Lucid Captures. And it was an honor to be part of this special day when he married his beautiful bride Anna. These two are the kindest people you will meet! They are beautiful inside and out and I am so in love with the style they chose for their wedding: lush and so romantic!

Thank you Daniel Usenko for the stunning images of their day!! And it was fun to collaborate with Holly from Perfectly Posh Events !

Amy and Luke – Northwest Beauty

Amy and Luke’s wedding at The Edgewater Hotel last May was an elegant affair with a Northwest touch – beautifully photographed by Michèle M Waite.

I loved Amy’s approach to incorporate lots of ferns, succulents, and various greens to achieve a natural and organic vibe. Centerpieces were placed into wooden boxes, long tables were covered with burlap table runners, and the wooden vineyard chairs gave the whole room a rustic, yet warm and inviting feel. It was the perfect look for the Edgewater ballroom which incorporates the quintessence of Northwest decor. And to top it all off: it was a beautiful sunny day so the view across the sound was heavenly. Quite a treat for early May!
