Reena and David’s September wedding at Seattle’s Edgewater Hotel was a fabulous mix of Indian tradition with Northwest style, coordinated and planned by Natasha Larsen of The Invisible Hostess. Beautiful turquoise, burnt orange, burgundy, coral, and gold shone against the Elliot Bay backdrop of one of our favorite waterfront venues. Reena and David chose to incorporate soft garden touches in the Texas smilax and birch wood in their ceremony arch, as well as in the lush green of the raspberry foliage and maidenhair fern in the centerpieces and bouquets. And bright summer dahlias were perfect with Reena and David’s color scheme – just look at how charming they are as garlands gracing the ceremony arch.
For the reception, Reena and David chose to incorporate antique books into their composite centerpieces, a whimsical touch alongside the burnished gold of the charger plates, urns, and candle holders. The ceremony arch became a romantic backdrop for the couple’s sweetheart table, sparkling with a gold sequined linen and draped with greenery, roses, and dahlias. As you’ll see in the photos below, Erik and Marissa of Ciccarelli Photography captured these details beautifully. It certainly was a magical event!

We love outdoor weddings and the gardens at Delille Cellars are the most lovely place for one. Yue and Wei had such a romantic wedding and reception here! It was intimate and sweet and just perfect. The arch we created for them was covered in wild greens and roses and seemed to belong in the garden setting.
They chose to have one long table for all their guests to sit together at and join with the newly weds for a delicious meal. The dreamy table was lined with bird cages filled with flowers, as well as tall floral arrangements and loads of candlelight! What a truly wonderful, intimate wedding and perfectly captured by Adrian Wangz Photography!

Seattle’s historic Rainier Club served as a classic backdrop for Jenovie and Brian’s sophisticated September wedding, planned and flawlessly coordinated by Simply by Tamara Nicole. Hundreds of stems of white orchids, dangling crystal strands, crisp white linens, a mirrored head table, and one drop-dead gorgeous wedding dress all combined to create a truly unforgettable event. Jenovie and Brian had exquisite taste: the mix of classic, clean lines and the luxurious extravagance of the orchids was visually stunning.
Enjoy this feast for the eyes photographed by the amazing Vancouver, B.C.-based Matdivad Photography. Oh, and this luxe wedding was just featured in the latest issue of Seattle Bride Magazine too …

Amanda and Matthew had such a luxe winter wedding at the Edgewater Hotel last February. Amanda infused so much old school hollywood glamour to her beautiful wedding! The sophistication of every small detail leaves a lasting impression. The whole event had such a dreamy romantic winter feel to it! Carina Skrobecki Photography really captured the mood perfectly; we couldn’t wait to show you these images.
Planning and designing Amanda and Matthew’s wedding was a true pleasure. The couple entrusted us to design their event from start to finish: from design concept, color palate, and the overall look and feel, to coordinating rentals such as chairs, linens, draping, lighting, and more. Truly a beautiful wedding!
We loved this wedding and Amanda & Matthew so much we hired Timekeeper Films to make a film about the design process, the setup, and the wedding day (with fun behind the scenes looks). Watch it here:

Camille and Sam had such a soft romantic wedding at the Four Seasons Seattle last December! We love designing classic weddings like this in a palette of creams and blush, with ruffles, sparkle and tons of candlelight! It is truly a timeless look. And their wedding got even more magical with spirit of the season.
Camille and Sam married almost a year ago, during the holiday season: It is almost time for their first anniversary! Congratulations, you two!
To set the mood for this beautiful wedding we lined the staircase with candles to usher all the guests up to the ballroom. All the arrangements were kept simple and effortless in style but received a splash of drama from the gold and sparkly accents. Can we just talk about that MIRRORED HEAD TABLE?!! Super glamorous, especially paired with ghost chairs. A perfect place for Camille, Sam and their bridal party to sit and enjoy this lovely wedding. And what a great choice to fully drape the walls of the ballroom in delicate sheer fabric! In combination with the soft uplighting it created the perfect atmosphere for this beautiful winter wedding.
It was a pleasure to finally be working with Travis from True Colors Events again! And the photos by the ever so wonderful team of O’Malley Photographers are to die for. Rentals by Pedersen’s Event Rentals, linens by BBJ Linens, mirrored tables by Sal Floral, lighting by GreenLight Events.
Elle and Colby’s Sodo Park wedding this past January was a super romantic affair featuring lots (and LOTS) of ferns, mosses, garlands, and greenery. I mean, just look at their ceremony aisle covered in greens and the large wreath above the reception tables!! Just wow!
Elle and her mom – in collaboration with the ever so awesome Holly-Kate Foss – were a pleasure to work with: though Elle’s mom was a little hesitant with Elle’s vision, she was quickly convinced. Even with minimal flowers you can create stunning bouquets and centerpieces and create a very warm and inviting atmosphere.
I received the sweetest card from Elle’s mom which puts it all into words perfectly: “Kent and I are still in the clouds after Elle and Colby’s breathtaking wedding. It truly was exquisite and had your magic fingerprints all over it. The bouquets, the church aisle candles + greenery, and the reception!!! Absolutely a stunning, elegant evening! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
It is for sweet notes like this, that make all the hard work pay off.

I am so very excited to finally blog about this beautiful and amazing wedding of Elissa and Upshur! When you look at the stunning images by Barbie Hull Photography you’ll understand why. This wedding will be remembered here as one with the sweetest couple, the most impeccable style, at one of the most beautiful venues in town, and with an A list vendor team led by the ever so amazing team of Sprinkled In Seattle. As a designer what more can you want from a dream job!
In the many planning meetings with Elissa and her mom Donna it soon became clear that this spring wedding at the Chihuly Garden and Glass would be simply stunning. I loved Elissa’s style: modern elegance of clean lines paired with organic floral and greens. The designs with an abundance of local tulips and poppies were a perfect fit for the Chihuly Glasshouse and complimented the ceiling art beautifully.
One of my favorite elements of this wedding was the custom designed clear lucite arch: it created an affect that made the flowers on top appear to float … So dreamy! But now, enjoy all the details …
I can’t believe it’s been a year since those two lovebirds tied the knot at Suncadia Resort last Labor Day weekend. Happy Anniversary, Hallie and David!!
I loved working with these two! Ever since our first meeting, many months before their wedding day, I knew these two were made for each other. They are the most loving, warm, gentle-hearted people you will ever meet.
I was excited to hear they were planning their wedding at beautiful Suncadia Resort – a two hour drive east from Seattle just across the Cascade mountains. This gorgeous destination venue offers stunning mountainous backdrops – perfect for an outside wedding. The beautiful images by The Popes Photography give a glimpse of their perfect day, flawlessly planned and coordinated by Prive Events.
Happy First Anniversary, Christine and Mark!! A little over a year ago this super-awesome couple celebrated their beautiful and unique wedding at the Seattle Aquarium. Christine was the dream bride and a dream client – I surely miss our meetings together in which we planned, laughed, created, and came up with so many lovely details. We incorporated elements like succulents and fern curls to create an event that feels very northwest but with unexpected touches of luxurious orchids. The chartreuse and purple floral color palate with lots of gold accents was so sharp and so fun!
We custom built her wedding arch and adorned it with silk, lots of greenery, and purple flowers. And we were in love with the long guest tables decorated with elevated and low centerpieces and tons of candles! And how unique is that ice curtain as divider between lounge and dinner reception?! And those little succulents for guest favors?!
Christine didn’t shy away from texture, unusual floral elements, and unique flowers. We incorporated a huge succulent into her bouquet, and she used large orchids in her hair. Just wow!!
This awesome wedding was flawlessly planned and coordinated by Merry Beth of Aisle of View and photographed by Kim and Loren of Alante Photography. Party Rentals by Cort and BBJ Linen, ice features by Creative Ice!
Anita and Ab were so lovely and certainly are not afraid of bold, bright colors! For their late spring Indian wedding we were able to include some of our favorite flowers, peonies, ranunculus and poppies! What a stunning bouquet they made!
The weather was not quite cooperating – it drizzled all day out at Kiana Lodge – but how could you be upset about that with such a fun wedding party and those cheerful colors surrounding you. We love these images by the ever so fabulous Shane Macomber!! I am especially in love with the pictures of the couple holding fun umbrellas!!
For the ceremony we scattered a lush bed of thousands of rose petals and lined the aisle with beautiful urn arrangements. Along with the talented gals at Perfectly Posh Events we were able to create a wedding that is a brightly colored feast for your eyes! One of our favorites this past spring!!
