Camille and Sam had such a soft romantic wedding at the Four Seasons Seattle last December! We love designing classic weddings like this in a palette of creams and blush, with ruffles, sparkle and tons of candlelight! It is truly a timeless look. And their wedding got even more magical with spirit of the season.
Camille and Sam married almost a year ago, during the holiday season: It is almost time for their first anniversary! Congratulations, you two!
To set the mood for this beautiful wedding we lined the staircase with candles to usher all the guests up to the ballroom. All the arrangements were kept simple and effortless in style but received a splash of drama from the gold and sparkly accents. Can we just talk about that MIRRORED HEAD TABLE?!! Super glamorous, especially paired with ghost chairs. A perfect place for Camille, Sam and their bridal party to sit and enjoy this lovely wedding. And what a great choice to fully drape the walls of the ballroom in delicate sheer fabric! In combination with the soft uplighting it created the perfect atmosphere for this beautiful winter wedding.
It was a pleasure to finally be working with Travis from True Colors Events again! And the photos by the ever so wonderful team of O’Malley Photographers are to die for. Rentals by Pedersen’s Event Rentals, linens by BBJ Linens, mirrored tables by Sal Floral, lighting by GreenLight Events.
What a lovely couple and a beautiful wedding we have to show you today! Melissa and Andy’s wedding was truly a classic and tasteful event at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle, photographed by the talented Yours by John.
We used roses, hydrangea, dahlias and phalaenopsis orchids in a white color palate with hints of champagne and dusty rose. By designing large pavé style tall arrangements, using gold elements, and lots of candles we were able to create a truly timeless, romantic event! Beautiful weddings like Melissa and Andy’s will never go out of style!
The ceremony featured a gorgeous arch we designed using dupioni silk, topped with hundreds of flowers in a compact style and strands of crystal hanging down. An over-the-top and stunning focal point for their special day! The aisle was lined with more beautiful flowers and candles! What a perfect wedding for such a beautiful couple!

I can’t believe it’s been so long since I blogged the last time! But I guess it has been wedding season and we have been very, very busy creating many beautiful summer weddings. Things are finally slowing down a bit and I can’t wait any longer to share the stunning wedding of Missy and David from last February.
When I just browsed their images by ever so talented Alante Photography I couldn’t help but to whisper a little “wow!” … What a luxurious wedding this was – all flawlessly coordinated and planned by the wonderful Lisa Chambers and Co! The colors and lighting (by GreenLight Event Design) in the ballroom of the Four Seasons Hotel were breathtaking! So breathtaking, that when Missy stepped foot into the ballroom for the first time she cried out: “Wow, who needs David Tutera, if you can have Flora Nova!” Well, that sure made my day! 🙂
So, without much ado here are the many wonderful images – enjoy!
Oh, I was looking forward to blog this wedding! So elegant – with a glamorous touch! Carlee and Brian tied the knot last September at fabulous Four Seasons Hotel. It was such a beautiful wedding and I so much loved working with Carlee and her mom!
It is probably obvious by now that I am in love with neutral color palettes! And now, looking at these beautiful images of their wedding day makes my heart beat a little faster. Silver and white – so elegant and classy! Add lots of white phaleanopsis orchids and crystal strands – and a wow-factor is guaranteed.
For the ceremony we designed a tightly draped silk chuppah with clusters of white flowers across the top. Long trailing crystal strands, illuminated from below, created a glowing sparkle curtain that reflected the light beautifully.
The reception atmosphere was simply stunning: silver chairs, lush linens, up-lighting, and centerpieces dripping with orchids created such a gorgeous environment!
The color ‘blush’ was very popular for 2012 weddings – and it sure looks like it will remain popular in 2013! Here is another gorgeous wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle featuring lush and luxurious designs in blush and cream. Mixed with gold accents this color combo is elegant, romantic, and so pretty!
Katie and Ramon tied the knot on a sunny and warm July Sunday last year – their elegant ceremony and reception taking place in the swank Four Seasons ballroom. Katie chose lush designs featuring garden roses, various larger roses, beautiful dahlias, hydrangea, and orchids in abundance.
For the ceremony we created a silk draped arch and created an elegant floral top with trailing crystal strands. A thick layer of rose petals and large crystal glass hurricanes with floating candles and submerged orchids lined the aisle. Luxurious aisle entrance arrangements later doubled up as tall centerpieces on the reception tables.
After the ceremony we moved the arch behind the head table to remain a focal point during the reception. A mix of various centerpiece styles adorned the guest tables: tall and lush, submerged orchids, floating blooms were just some of the elements we used.
The fabulous Team of Vendors:
Debbie and Phil’s wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle last summer was a truly wonderful and chic celebration. So classy and elegant in all creams and whites. The beautiful Vendella rose was Debbie’s favorite flower – and we incorporated 100s of them in bouquets, the wedding arch, and the centerpieces.
Thank you Cory Parris for the stunning photos!!
I loved Tina right from the start! She has such a sweet personality, wonderful style, a great sense of humor, and is of Italian heritage – needless to say our meetings took a while longer than usual: we had so much fun talking, designing and styling her 25th anniversary party at the Four Seasons Hotel ballroom.
Tina and Kevin envisioned a party with closest friends and family (including of course the original wedding party of 10), with great food and drink, in a beautiful setting. No better place than the Four Seasons Hotel to achieve this goal!
Celebrating their “silver” anniversary, we wanted to incorporate lots of splashes of silver throughout the room. We brought in silver linens and chairs, used silver votive candles and chargers, and even sprinkled in some silver foliage in the floral center pieces. The room sure triggered a big WOW by many and in Tina’s words, we “could have not executed (her) vision more perfectly!”
But see for yourself! Thank you again Azzura, for the stunning images!
We designed a swank cocktail lounge as part of the ballroom, sectioning it off from the dinner area with sheer draped walls. To create a magical illusion of a true wall, the drapes were lit up with strong amber colored up-lighting cans. Large willow trees adorned with crystal strands “softened” to walls and brought texture into the ballroom. Lots of white leather couches with side tables invited the guest to a cocktail in comfort …
The wall up-lighting, lots of candles, and center piece up-lighting made the whole ballroom aglow in a warm light. It brought out the sparkle from the linens and the crystal strands – what a gorgeous atmosphere!!
For the centerpieces we used mainly lush garden roses, dahlias, hydrangea, orchids, and trailing amaranthus in shades of peach, green, and chocolate. Silver foliage complemented the color of the linens.
The wonderful couple Tina and Kevin!
And here the great team of vendors:
I just received yet another set of stunning pictures by John & Joseph Photography who photographed one of our recent weddings – so I needed to share right away.
It was the cultural fusion wedding of Brenna and Kas who tied the knot last April at the swank Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle. Many Indian textures and styles influenced this mostly western-style wedding: from the bright purple Indian bridesmaids’ saris, to the grooms suit, to the rich color-palette of bright purple and orange …, this wedding was fun, rich, and sophisticated in style!
For Brenna we designed a bouquet in mostly whites with just a few accents of dark purple – picking up the color of the bride’s maids dresses.
Lining the aisle were tall glass cylinder vases of mixed floral – bringing in some rich oranges to brighten up the palette.
The focal point of the ceremony were tall willow trees blooming with white and purple orchid blossoms.
The reception guest tables were decorated with different centerpiece designs – like in this example, with a mix of orange and purple flowers mixed with silver foliage …
… or like here, with a modern break-away style design …
… or like here, with a cluster of candles in different sizes – containing floating candles and submerged orchids.
Silver linens and silver Chivari chairs completed the look and gave this wedding reception quite a luxurious flair …
Austin Beaver and his team provided purple wall up-lighting which gave the room an elegant glow after dark, creating a very magical atmosphere.
We also created a little movie clip of this wedding featuring these and many more photos of this beautiful wedding.

Today I am excited to share the absolutely fabulous photos of Negin and Bashar’s wonderful wedding this past September. The couple did not cut any corners when it came to the floral and decor of their wedding ceremony and reception. The outcome was simply stunning.
Negin wanted to create a luxurious feel for her wedding in the color palette cream, peach, coral, burgundy, and accents of gold. Her favorite flower is the peach calla lily so we incorporated those in many different ways (bouquets, center pieces, the wedding cake).
Jim with j.garner studios did a fantastic job capturing the many beautiful moments of the day – below are just a few samples of his work. I am including a few more images of the couple – these images are my favorite 🙂
For Negin’s bouquet we created a soft textured look with all cream and ivory flowers: callas, roses and garden roses, orchids, ranunculus, gardenias and pearl-centered stephanotis blooms. A few white orchids trailing down the front gave it some light movement.
The ceremony took place at the Holy Names Academy Chapel
on Capitol Hill in Seattle. Large altar arrangements featuring hydrangea, soft garden roses, and many long stemmed phaleanopsis orchids were propped onto tall stone pillars.
The aisle featured clusters of flowers of similar style and color.
For the car (a beautiful Bently by British Motor Coach
) we created a huge heart of all red roses which was attached to the front – just stunning!
The flower girls and ring bearer all received adoring little floral accents made of delicate spray roses in cream and champagne.
Aren’t those the cutest kids!!
This beatiful ring bearer pillow was created of all spray roses.
The elegant reception took place at the Four Seasons Hotel
in downtown Seattle. Tall center pieces featuring orchids in abundance, anthuriums, roses, hydrangea, calla lilies decorated the guest tables. The inside of the vase contained submerged orchids which were illuminated by an almost invisible up-light.
The tall wedding cake was decorated with hundreds of blooms in shades of peach, coral, light pink, and burgundy.
